- "The Sporkful" isn't for foodies, it's for eaters. It's a podcast about food, but not so much about cooking or recipes or restaurants. We discuss and debate the most ridiculous food-related minutiae, always seeking ways to eat more, eat better, and eat more better. Each podcast covers a very specific issue, whether it's the ideal shape for tortilla chips, best practices in syrup-to-short stack application, or barriers to structural integrity in sandwich engineering. And when the podcast ends, we continue the conversation with you on our blog.
- Hosted by Dan Pashman and Mark Garrison, former co-workers at NPR, "The Sporkful" is where sacred cows get grilled. We challenge your assumptions about consumption and drop a sporkful of knowledge on you, because we're obsessively compulsive about eating more awesomely, and because if history has taught us anything, it's that the hosts of food shows need a lot of catch phrases.
- This is all done in pursuit of a singular vision: The dream that someday, our ranks will grow to the point that we can establish Sporkful University, motto: Ruminate, Masticate, Promulgate. Please join us in that noble effort.
